Grades/Attendance

FACTS

St. Laurentius School uses an integrated version of the FACTS Tuition Management and FACTS Student Information Systems. Using the Family Portal, parents/guardians can get online access to Payment Plan and Billing as well as students’ grades and attendance from any computer. Please be sure to update your contact information in FACTS. It also used to relay important alerts and communications to our families including weekly updates, school closings, schedule changes, etc.

Log in to
FACTS

Our FACTS district code is SLS-PA

  • Go to FACTS Family Portal Website
  • If you already have an account, enter your username and password and click Login.
  • Select the Financial tab to view your FACTS Payment Plan and Billing
    information.
  • Create New Family Portal Account if you have not set this up yet
  • Enter your email address that received this email, and our District Code (SLS-PA)
  • You will receive an email from SIS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password.  For security purposes the link will remain active for six hours.
  • Please click on the link.  A Change/Create Password screen will open.  You may use the default username provided, or create a new username.  Then type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm Field
  • Click on the Save Username and/or Password button

Uniforms and Dress Code

All students are expected to wear the complete school uniform from September to June. Uniforms can be purchased through Flynn O’Hara (6801 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19135). Families are also invited to visit our free school uniform exchange located in the main office.

Pre-K3, Pre-K4, & Kindergarten

Gymwear Uniform Boys and Girls
(Winter and Summer):
  • Light blue t-shirt with school silkscreen
  • Navy sweatshirt with school silkscreen
  • Navy heavy weight sweatpants
  • Navy knit shorts or skorts (September and May)
  • Mostly black or white sneakers with black or white laces
  • Black or white socks

Boys and Girls: Grade 1-8

Gym Uniform Boys and Girls:
  • Light blue t-shirt with school silkscreen
  • Navy sweatshirt with school silkscreen
  • Navy heavy weight sweatpants
  • Mostly black or white sneakers with black or white laces
  • Black or white socks

Girls: Grade 1-8

Girls Winter Uniform
  • Plaid pleated skirt (no shorter than 3″ above the crease line at the back of the knees) OR flat front slacks (available for purchase at Flynn O’Hara)
  • Blue short/long sleeve polo shirt with logo
  • Navy V-neck sweater/sweater vest with school logo
  • Navy blue knee socks/navy opaque tights
  • Navy blue regulations school shoes (Saddle shoes or Mary Jane shoes)
Girls Summer Uniform
  • Navy blue skort or walking shorts (no shorter than 3″ above the crease line at the back of the knees)
  • Blue knit shirt with school logo
  • Mostly black or white sneakers with black or white laces
  • Black or white socks

Boys and Girls: Grade 1-8

Boys Winter Uniform
  • Blue knit short/long sleeve polo shirt with logo
  • Navy V-neck sweater/sweater vest with school logo

  • Black leather belt (Grades 3-8)
