We live in a city that is filled with history, art, nature and beauty. To others they may seem like typical school field trips, to us, our students embark on an adventure that will fill them with knowledge, understanding and a love for the city they are growing up in. Trips to the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Schuylkill Environmental Center, Wagner Free Institute of Science, Please Touch Museum along with treks to those places closer to home, Penn Treaty Park, Greensgrow and historic Palmer Cemetery are all learning opportunities.  The children are given the opportunity to view their city, and their neighborhood in a whole new way and take pride in the fact that this is their history!
